can't find Reason's 1-shot samples

Hello all.

I feel really dumb right now - or maybe it's not me: I've been using my own sample collection for so long I either forgot how to find Reason's built-in drum samples or they are missing - I am waiting on hearing back from support to switch my authorization from my old computer to my new one so maybe that's all it is but someone please explain the path to find Reason's samples - like to load in each individual Kong pads.

There's the Reason Drum Supply ReFill

In the Factory Sound Bank there is;
- Kong Sound and Samples
- Redrum Samples
- NNXT Samples (mostly sampled instruments)
- NN19 (mostly sampled instruments and synths)
- Other Samples Folder
- Music Loops Folder

I can't find the drum supply or on the RS website how to download just the soundbank to get what I'm missing. Forgot to mention, I have my dongle plugged in and updated/synced. Just don't know what's going on. I'm having multiple issues - such as I did the Splice rent-to-own Serum, even made the first payment but now when I open Serum in my song it says "Sorry, your license is expired." Even tho the app is open and says Serum is active. AND my song is playing the Serum bass I chose when I first got it the other day. On top of that, I can't find Serum in my actual computer (besides the Splice app) so I can put it in my VST folder. UGH!

I'm at a total loss of what's happening here..

They're quite old. They're in R10, but I think they were from R9 or R8.

I have a Mac. No C drive. I’ve looked in the folders. I will reinstall Reason 11 and hope that works.

Just look at the menu on the top you'll find something called manage content. It's somewhere within one of the menu options up there

It would still be Window on OSX. Check the menu bar at the top with the options [ File, Edit, Create, Options, Window, Help ]

I'm on Mac, too.
In the menu bar (top of the screen) there is a menu called "Window", right between the "Option" and "Help" menus:

In that menu, quite far down, there's an item called "Manage Content".
