out of memory error message

Hiya everyone,

First time I see an 'out of memory' error message. 9.2GB out of 16GB memory is being used.
Any suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks!

that is indeed odd... I am guessing you are using reason 12???? If so... it could be a bug that needs reporting.

Have you checked that the drive which contains the scratch folder isn't filled up?

I've had this when trying to reorder sequencer lanes, which is a known bug that myself and others have reported. I've also had this action just crash Reason all together.

When I got it I checked RAM usage as well and it wasn't crazy but after a computer restart it did drop when running the same file.
I'm on a Mac but still running 16GB RAM same as you (OP)

I'm wondering now if the 12.2.2 update shifted something so that it now throws this error rather than Crash the lot.
I'm trying to check it now but of course when I TRY to crash or get an eror...it doesn't feckin work!

I noticed that it only affects 1 track lane so I duplicated the track and presto no error meassage. I always empty out the scratch folder so that wasn't the problem. Yeah I'm running a lot of samples and tracks effects etc but I haven't reached system threshold so no impact on performance. Yes I have reorder sequencer lanes. I forgot to mention I'm running ver 12.2.2d67 on Win 10 Pro.
