I confirm that registration of products - both new and old - is not possible, error.
I've now tried using three different browser including Chrome, Safari and Firefox and without any plugins. This error persists. It's something to do with the backend off the site is my guess as searching results for the string returns Django, a web framework, related items. This error has persisted all day thus far and I've contacted support and created a ticket. In my case it has rendered the app completely useless since I am not allowed to set a password (I signed up using Facebook)!
I tried from home with IE and Google Chrome, Windows 10. I tried from android phone. I tried from a work computer with IE and Google Chrome, Windows 7. They are different providers, different computers, different networks. No, I have regular browsers.
Same error when trying to register Reason upgrade. It is very strange. Have you tried registering for example Recycle?
I just checked and it definitely doesn't work. Give support a shout and they should be able to sort it out for you - https://help.reasonstudios.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

My last request for problems with Reason has been open for 3 months and no response. I wanted to make sure that the problem was not just me alone. I'll get a quicker response here than in support.
Something definitely seems to have changed on the RS side of things. I'm sure they will get it sorted out soon. Sorry you guys are all having trouble.
I'm having the same issue.
Just bought a reason+ subscription and getting 403 error when inputting my license number.
I reckon they've updated something on their backend service without testing it.
I created a ticket with them and got an auto response of we'll get back to you in two days.
Has anyone else got any update on this yet?

No, no one looked at my request, there is no answer, the problem has not been resolved. Support in RS is very poor, they may not respond to requests for months, and then silently close the request.Kev78 wrote: ↑05 Dec 2021I'm having the same issue.

;likely a server issue. Quirks with the server happen quite often.
