Hi Guys,
I recently purchased Reason 10 from the Propellerhead online store and Downloaded onto my Macbook Pro running OS Mojave. After install I can only open in demo mode as the authorisation network does not connect with my computer when I try to open Reason using my username and password from the online store.
I have also tried to Authorise my computer many times but the authoriser doesn't seem to connect or actually find anything to authorise.
I have installed and uninstalled many times and tried using different browsers (chrome, firefox, safari), nothing works, it is so frustrating.
I have an open ticket with propellerhead support but have not heard back from them in the last 5 days, again very disappointing and frustrating.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Cannot Authorise Reason 10

It's been 9 days now and still cant get authorised.
I just want to make some beats, surely it doesn't have to be this hard
