Problem is that I can't start Reason.. network error, so Internet Authorisation is down also, at least for me.

Mine stoped working two years ago.. the PH detects it, but can't authorize it (tryed 1-2 years ago). I'll try to make it work again after server goes online.

Anyone have any tips? Is there a way for me to work on an existing project even though the server is down?

This is the second day in a row the server is down. They haven't responded to my ticket.

I know bootlegging is a problem, but this is the problem with authentication.

Go play some video games? And, be happy you don't have a deadline?

It would be nice if authorizing would let you work offline for a few days or so.

Just allow it to work for, say, up to three days per month without authorisation. Or for three days since the last online authorisation.
