Kong gate outs to notes. How?

Ok people here comes a question for cv experts: Can you think of a way to combine Kongs gate outs to one Note CV and and one Gate CV signal so you can send them to an instrument? Each pads note should be adjustable. I tried but i failed...

Here is why i need this: I bought BeatChop and i want to trigger the first 16 Slices from a Kong because Pushs pad layout makes much more sense for BeatChop when in Kong mode opposed to scales when in instrument mode (i'm using retouchcontrols pusher script)
