To answer your question, I don' think there's an option to download messages. You could maybe take screenshots of the messages you want to keep. If you need to clear your inbox, the only option is to delete the messages, as MrFigg mentioned.
Players are to MIDI what synthesizers are to waveforms.

If you scroll to the bottom, you should see export options, such as excel format.
