For some reason, my cursor won’t change according to the tool I’ve selected which is SO frustrating.

Has anyone come across this? Or have I somehow selected something I didn’t want to?!

My magic ball is telling me that's expected behaviour when running Reason 15 on OS/2, but it might be vastly off.
