Number all posts + Newbs to submit X moderated posts before free posting

Number posts in a thread, for reference

Newbs to submit X number of (or an undisclosed quantity of) posts that must pass thru a moderator, before being allowed to post freely. Will help eliminate dodgy links (l don't think spammers are really trying to sell what they're purporting to sell, they just want to redirect to something nefarious; some malware doesn't even make itself known immediately, like ransomware).

That's a fine suggestion, and also something we've thought about.

We won't make the change until we have more moderators onboard though.
