Can we make 'Mark forums/topics read' less immediately accessible?

I use the board style 'Elegance'
Noting this because it seems each board style has a different layout aside from just color schemes (which I think could be another suggestion: consistency in layouts with differences only in color schemes). For instance, I think 'Elegance' places 'new posts' in the forefront, whereas some others it is found only in the drop-down.

But for this, 'mark all forums/topics read', I was wondering if it would be possible to place 'Mark forums read' under the drop-down menu.
I find that I click it on by accident from time to time which also affects 'new posts.' Or maybe a way to confirm? Does this happen to anybody else?
