Decorations on nth post

When someone has made a certain number of posts that particular post should be decorated in relation to the post.

So post 666 could have, you know, something interesting, maybe as a background image or something. Post 314 could be pie themed, 1337 could feature screenshots from Hackers (classic 90's film featuring Angelina Jolie), and so on. Not to forget 9001 (it's over 9000!!! )
