how to upload pics please

i use pc windows 7

i am trying to upload pics to the forum
each image is a jpeg of 3-4 mb

i use palemoon browser: doesn't work
i use firefox browser: doesn't work
i use internet explorer: doesn't work

i drag and drop: doesn't work
i use the add file button: doesn't work

i did get fresh tomatillos today, so i am still happy
and am warming up some soup with shirataki noodles
