Apparently, Melbourne Instruments will do a MIDI controller with motorised knobs next:
Will be introduced during NAMM 2025. I'm hooked! Also really like the displays being aligned with the knobs and buttons.
Previously, they made two synths that were the first to feature motorised knobs that I know of.

Controller With Motorised Knobs
Oh Yes.. Thanks for the heads up.. This is like a step up or two from X-Touch Mini which has Knob LED's that move to automation and stay in the last state they were saved at.
A panel of buttons to the left and display strips with 2 lines of info is very useful with some interesting looking Outputs.. Good Optimism on this one.

One thing that sounds really intriguing about their motorized knobs is that they can switch to rasterized modes by increasing the required force to turn them to the next step. This seems really clever and I'm looking forward to the official announcement.

OOTB, only Ableton is supported. Didn't yet see a documentation on how to program the device's screens and knobs via MIDI.
