Updating a V-Collection preset bank?

I bought a preset pack for the some V-Collection synths from this company called "Musicrow", (https://mcrow.net/product/analog-sound- ... ia-synths/) and mostly things are good. But I'm having trouble with the Jup-8V presets. The bank with the extension "jupx" is supposedly readable and I can open it via the "Import..." menu but, while the Jup-8V says it imported successfully no new presets have been added.

I've read about a V-Collection preset updater but it's no longer listed on Arturia's site.

So I'm wondering if anyone here has access to the updater? The Musicrow folks have yet to respond to any of my support requests so caveat emptor there!

For future reference, I stumbled upon the answer from reading a few posts on Arturia's forum:

I have my sounds, but apparently Arturia have made such massive changes between Jup-8V3 and Jup-8V4 that none of the old patches are compatible and they're not offering a migration tool. Crazy stuff.
