Controller with motorized faders and a template in Reason 12?

I'm looking for a DAW controller with motorized faders that has a MIDI template in Reason 12. It'd be nice if there were per-channel pan knobs and per-channel record enable, mute, and solo buttons too. And I'd like transport buttons and a jog dial.

I purchased an ICON Platform M+, but I'm bewildered by Reason's MIDI control chart - can't figure out how to program the Platform M+ to work, even though B&H's description said it worked with Reason. Do I need the optional ICON Platform D2 display to see what I'm selecting? That's another $200 for something I'm not sure will even work. There doesn't seem to be any software control of the Platform M+. So I'm likely returning it to get whatever actually works with Reason out of the box - if there is such an animal. That is, unless someone has gotten it to work and can tell me how to do it.

I also would like to connect a Keylab 49 Mk II simultaneously, with keyboard note control. Yes, I'm asking for a lot, but I figure somebody out there has a similar setup they've gotten to work.

How much work was it to install and get the codec going?

I'd be using it initially with just 8 channels.
