For those who might be interested I released a freeware (Windows only) program last year that can be used to generate single cycle waveforms based on various basic waveforms, phase- and value-converters. Recently I updated this software to be able to also build wavetables. If you follows the link below, you will head to the website both containing a download-link and links to the tutorial videos recorded for the program, where wavetables are described in the video release for version 1.3. The installer comes bundled with a +200 (PDF) manual, that can be accessed via the help-menu within the software, which also contain links the the tutorial videos

Indeed pretty mighty tool. User workflow could be a bit better with click+drag to modiy values.

I do not have a wavetable synth in Reason, so I tried it in Live”s Wavetable synth. In one word amazing!!!!
