I would go for a macbook pro m1. 16 inches.
Without any hesitation. Even not native it still rocks.

The M1 right now is a no-brainer for laptops right now.
Intel's roadmap shows they plan to catch up with the M1 in 2024.

I always have been a PC guy, but being pragmatic, Apple has taken a vast edge here. The M1 blows every other CPU.
I have a very powerful Razer laptop with 15inch Oled and RTX2080/i7 9750h/32gb/1tb SSD which was the top of the line 2 years ago and my macbook air m1, 20% of its price with 8gb feels more powerful and snappy with Reason...
I still use the Razer because the screen is so much better, but I feel so tempted by the macbook pro 16inch...

I recently bought a laptop for Reason and bought Mac for the first time. I got the base 8Gb MacBook Air M1 and apart from the small ssd (due to my limited budget) it runs Reason 12 really well. Noiseless, quick and capable. There is still an OS learning curve for me but it's usually minor irritations due to my many years of using windows. Definitely recommended from me. I got mine 2nd hand for a very reasonable price.
