That's a lot of video to watch, but I'll at least chime in and say that I bought my very first Eurorack compatible effects box a couple of days ago, and I now officially worry for myself:
Cool thing is, I can use the desktop Aira modular customizer utility and load/build presets using a Reason-like modular GUI:
Honestly, I really only bought it to convert one of my Roland MX-1's USB inputs into a stereo-analog input, but I fear this might be my gateway to building Eurorack stuff. Ugh...

I just picked up a Disting Ex for the multisampling, which is why I was complaining about Reason not handling .sf2 files which i was converting for use in the Ex. Haven't even gotten around to the other modes, but I will, eventually. I have already bought another module (which I don't even have room for, but wanted.) I'll do a sell off this summer or fall. I'm still building and buying used as much as possible.
I'd advise anyone to just load up VCVrack and spend a couple weeks with that before getting into eurorack. I have no regrets, but 20 or 30 modules I have no space for currently.

I was able to get my Roland Eurorack working with my MX1, and that’s all that counts IMHO.

Lots of good points. Well produced YT channel.

She's just released the design for Blades. (Hard build, I'd say. Some really small components in it. And probably hard to find ICs.)EnochLight wrote: ↑26 Apr 2022In other news…

I think the big thing people want to see is the code for Beads.
And in case I'm not clear, I am in awe of her contribution to the eurorack ecosystem.

Just sort of a brag, but I found someone on CL locally last week who was selling a Behringer Eurorack GO 140hp x2 case for $100 so I snapped it up. Then I spent 2 days filling it with modules I'd packed away as I had no room for. It's a huge case, I can't recommend them, but for the price it's made my week. The guy had never even unpacked the power supply. Just bought it and realized he didn't need it. Crazy.
