short answer is Yes you just install the Jäexx codec and choose the compact instead of x-touch and it works in Reason.
Long answer is not fully like regular X-touch because of lack of buttons and some might be named differently in the midi date code and the compact has more knobs that are buttons too that maybe are not mapped at all or even defined in the lua codex. The mixer side should work just the same as regular one.
