Playground Sessions Question

I've been wanting to learn the piano for years. So BF I got Playground Sessions and I'm liking it so far. My questions, if anyone has used and/or finished the program, are:

1. What was your starting level?
2. Did you supplement with other classes/training?(If, yes then what else?)
3. How far do you think it has taken you as far as skill level from when you started using the program?
