no signal from my microphone

Hello,

I use Windows 10 and Reason+. A few weeks ago I tried Reason12 (7 days free version) and there I had no problems with my mic.
Now Reason don't recieve any signal from my USB mic. I already installed a driver and tried the asio4all. But Reason still says in the Sequenzer "asio4all v2 not connectet, even though it was written in the settings in asio4all that my mic is active. With other DAWs I don't have these problems.

Do I have to use a sound card to fix this problem? Do you have any tipps for me?
