Seems handy. But the keys look so tiny. As a mobile travel device, it must be suitable.

No endless encoders, but I don't see an issue with that.

Nektar generally has pot pick-up, which does the trick for me.

for me it's if they are not endless encoders they are useless because the never mirror the changes onscreen when loading a vst or preset
If you work on once synth then move to the next synth the knobs are way of from the synth on screen and you need to move all 8 knobs to their right place before the do any change in the synth. With endless encoders they send the position to the encoders as you load the synth and you are ready to tweak away with no extra step.
If you tried using endless encoder once you will never want to go back
