A lot like Reason 11, a few new bells and whistles but nothing life changing.
@pushedbutton on twitter, add me, send me a message, but don't try to sell me stuff cos I'm skint.
Using Reason since version 3 and still never finished a song.

Yeah, I'm kind of shocked that the recording industry hasn't come up with their own OS by now that accepts all drivers and only includes the bare necessities. Musician OS.....for the recording artist. I like that!

Reason 14. I reckon that will be the one that drops support for Windows 10.

Win 7 is end of life and you should NOT have it connected to the internet.

You not upgrading to Reason 12 then? Minimum requirement is Windows 10

As a long time Mac user I used to think that Windows was a bit shite until W10 came along. It's pretty good.
I hope they build on that with W11.

Win10 was meant to be the last version of Windows.

Looks pretty good. Free update for win10 users too.
But I could see myself waiting up to a year before upgrading, mainly for potential DAW compatibility issues.

Yea, i was a bit surprised too. Maybe Windows 10 just doesn't feel "new" enough anymore. But now we also know, how much we can trust marketing bla from Redmond...

I watched the livestream introducing Windows 11 and it was said there that it's gonna be faster that Windows 10. Anyway, we will see everything somewhere in October, I guess. Enjoy the Summer

I seem to remember reading Win 11 is going to be *better* on resources.

Also: I've been on Windows 10 since 2015. It's fine. Windows 7 was not some wonderful high point of Microsoft OS development. Let it go.

Likewise. Wait for them to get all the big kinks ironed out.
