Suggestions for Soundbar & audio interface for TV + Reason laptop

Hey all!

Does anyone have advice for this scenario?

I need to get a soundbar for my TV, Samsung Q90R with arc-connection, optical connection and more

I also want to get a simple but stable audio interface - I only need output to speakers & headphones.

I use the TV for streaming Netflix etc.
I've also connected an ASUS G75V laptop to it, running Reason.

My priority is running Reason on the TV with good sound quality.
I can accept 2.1 sound for movies, if it's a trade-off for getting better studio setup.
There's no space left on the TV bench to put normal-height speakers, so either a max 10-12-cm height soundbar or ditto ordinary speakers is what I'm looking for.

I've spent some time looking into options, but the more I investigate, the more question marks turn up that stops me from making a purchase decision:

Currently my TV supports only arc, but Samsung made a vague promise ages ago to upgrade firmware to support eArc, but I see no evidence of it happening - it's still not arrived. Which means I can't currently make a purchase based on eArc compatibility.
