Jump to blocks / markers 'on the beat'

Now I know Reason was probably not made with live performing in mind (like ableton).
One of the biggest omissions being the lack of an 'easy' way to jump to certain positions in you song and loop them.

The other day I did find out my Nektar Panorama T4 has a 'scenes' mode that is sort of a start in this direction.
