M-Audio USB MIDI controller not recognized... please help

Please i'm a beginner in beat making i need help concerning a quite old M-audio oxygen 8 v1....my computer is saying USB device not recognized ....please how can i fix this

Please guys i'm a beginner in this stuff & I was jst given a quite old m-audio oxygen 8 v1...and i wud love to start making music but my computer(Os Win10) doesnt recognize d usb cable i used(like dat of a printer) is there a driver i need or is it a midi cable i shud use. I don't know whether it works with a 64 bit too???
Please help a brother
