Nektar P4 - Please Help !!!!! with Reason 11

Hello,

i have missed my Nektar P4 so much so i bought today a new one.
But i can´t find any instruments mapped from up Reason Version 10 (i used the new 11.3)
If i pressed "shift" and instrument i can find only older instruments. and there are confused. E.g i used Thor it adds Dr.Rex. But can´t find Europa, Grain and the new ones from Version 11.
I remember that i must change in the Nektar the Reason Version but i can´t find this option.
i do have download from Nektar the last Reason Files 2019-08 have do a firmware upgrade to 01.14.03 .

Please, can someone help me what i must do that my Nektar P4 runs with Reason Version 11 correct ???????

Hi,
as long as I know there is no nektar update to R11, but the button to change to the "R10" menue will show up in the lower left of the display after "shift+instrument".
The devices in P4's display are not a "read out" from the Reason browser, they are listed in the nektar-codec and are not "correct" even with the latest R10 version.

That's the problem. There is nothing to change if I press shift + instrument. I take a look in the remote map and e.g grain is listed.
Is reason 11.3 unable to work with the p4?

O. K I have found a reason 10.4 version and the p4 runs. I think it is the lost that nektar do not have made a reason 11 upgrade.
I send the p4 back to the store that I buy..
