got it saved myself 180 pounds, theres a certain qudos about owning windows pro and for 40 quid witch i had in my bank account i couldnt resist sides if somewon comes round with a laptop you can run both computers with pro,On a personal level it reminds me of the days when everybody raced their computers through benchmark tests etc i was lucky my very1st computer was raceable not so lucky after that, this reminds me of that exra bit of finesse that used to shine through ps i think this offer closes in a month so get in there youll never get it at this price again. as for how it goes ive just got it up and running and everything seems sweet,erm it pays to make copies of the serial before upgrading witch i did and the upgrade went smoothly ,remembering to install any other outstanding updates before the win 10 pro install payed off a well spent 1/2 hour no less.

I already have pro and such offers are a bit suspicious. They are often enterprise licenses and are not for the end customer. If it is such license, you may lose it if MS is in the mood to invalidate it.

Yeah, I'm a bit suspicious of this offer, especially when they locked the comments on the article after just 4 comments.

Is there really anything in it that is highly beneficial? I checked the article and never saw anything that immediately made me think I was missing out - only Hyper-V but would it run Linux properly or be as sluggish as the other virtual machine software?

Hyper-V runs Linux and MacOS really well if you give it enough memory and proc cores..

Plus you get Windows Sandbox.
