Laptop for Music & Video Production

There may be an opportunity in about six weeks for me to have a few $$ to buy a laptop. My current desktop struggles only with more complex Reason projects, it would be nice to have some more headroom without bouncing tracks to audio.

But it's more or less useless for video production, which is something I have been wanting to get into for some time.

I do want a laptop, rather than a desktop, as I'm going to enrol for study soon, and want to be mobile, so I can sit in a park during the day and work.

Looking at the Dell G3 Laptop with the following specs.

9th Gen Intel i7-9750H Processor (4.5 GHz, 6 Cores, 12MB Cache)
512GB SSD
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB

Does this look like it's sufficiently spec'd for video ? I will be using either Vegas Pro or Premiere Pro, and likely use a lot of video FX, which from my limited experience seems to be what's the most demanding on PC.
