latency, noise and notebook

Hello everybody,

After getting a new pc, I encountered some problems: huge noise and/or delays.

There is a Focusrite Scarlett, a new laptop and actually the newest Reason. I downloaded the drivers for the Focusrite Scarlett, there was an option to select it as audio, but the problem is the number of samples and the fact that on another computer, with the same settings, everything is super. How to fix it?

Laptop: i5, 8GB RAM
Computer: i7, 16GB RAM

Important: a screenshot from the computer, a minimum of 1000 samples with a minimum delay
On the laptop min. delay is like 5 seconds, with 256 samples.

any ideas? thanks!
