Great vids! I'd never heard of hocket machine but the concept is something I'd considered and not given a second thought. I think when I try this it will simplify the ways I've been trying to modulate things.
The Reason way really is gonna get great results faster. Speo is up and running 30 seconds in vs 5 minutes for the other guy. I remember finding some old Speo vids on wave table growls that were super useful - but I never saw this one.
I'm looking forward to trying both methods. Ableton racks/chains are kinda fiddly but powerful and lack the immediacy of just grabbing the cables you need and plugging away.
