Focusrite Saffire 24 Pro Config/troubleshoot

I'm not with the PC at the moment so I can only talk in general terms.

The interface is receiving a signal, Reason isn't. Reason is set up to use the Saffire's ASIO drivers and the channels show up in the channel 'in' in the sequencer. Just not getting any sound at all when monitoring or recording the channel.
If anyone uses a Saffire 24 Pro DSP can they show me how they set up the control software cos I've tried a few things and it's not working.
I had to go to the dentist and get a tooth pulled before I could get it to work but I'll have to have another go in the morning, not looking forward to a day without Reason, we kinda depend on it.
