Drumbrute Impact Syncing

Hi,

I'm having trouble syncing up the Drumbrute Impact to Reason. Running version 10. The Impact shows up in the MIDI sync preferences but doesn't seem to sync. It's connected via USB, and the USB setting is selected on the Impact.

Any ideas?

I so rarely sync to computer - but I do want you to get this solved.
Sorry no one chimed in by now. Is this still an issue? I can hook mine up and try for you?
Let me know. I'd have to 'reboot' and I do that so rarely.
