I have a three and a half year old Nektar LX-49 keyboard - not top of the line - which is definitely out of warranty. I started having random pitch bend events being sent out two weeks ago, that no amount of pitch wheel wiggling back and forth would alleviate. I contacted Nektar's support fully expecting to pay for a replacement wheel; they said "try and wiggle it back and forth and if it doesn't solve the problem, we'll send you a replacement wheel for free", which they did right after I answered that the wiggling wasn't doing any good. I received the package this morning:
...and in a matter of minutes - literally, the taking apart and back took 20 minutes from start to finish and was super easy - my keyboard was back up and running.
So thanks Nektar's support, thanks Justin, you guys rock!
Nektar's support ain't half bad either...
