Batch save Ableton and Reason?

As the name of the thread says, I wanted to know if it's it possible to batch save Ableton project while using Reason as a slave. As in, when i open Ableton, it automatically opens corresponding Reason file. Is this possible?

no both are separated programs, Reason is not a plugin.
