Could you build a Rainmaker delay in Reason?

I feel it is possible using REs but personally I wouldn't know where to begin?
Echo
3Plex
Polar
Echobode
Synchronous
EQ
A ton of other things....and a lot of wires.

How would you build it?

RV7000 has a 4 tap delay, LeSpace has a wide control over the taps, use break outs of the delay and insert delays there, use delays after delays.

The easiest way would be a 14:4 mixer, add delays as fx and route their outputs to mixer channels, set the delays to your settings, panning in the mixer, and now add send to the delays (carefully, you are creating feedback loops).

Note, that you can use Note Echo Player for rythmic delays if you program a synth. This can be done cascading and in combination with arpegiators and more delays.

.... instead of the typical "-just use 800 tap delays and 400 mixers - and! -"

- let's wait for someone to "actually" upload a patch.

we'll be waiting a while. ...
or, maybe Loque really knows how to "make" one..

I wonder if anyone answering has ever even "seen" or "used" it?

answer.. first you want to know what it does.

The List is Longer that Tap Delays.

I am actually not in the studio, but here are a few examples, that delays can more than just repeat a sound:

Here is "The Delay" in action with a simple rimshot:

Here is a feedback done with "The Delay" and mixers, maybe a few fx more, cant remember (i guess you get it, that its always the same boring sound from the start):

This is delay with delay and usage of a break out:

And if i am back in my studio, i gonna make a example of those faster repeating things. Oh, and here is an example i made with Note Echo Player. I think the patch is flying around here somewhere in the forum:

And one more thing...The Echo is pretty cool for flanger/chorus/phaser like fx too.

I must agree, that having direct controlls to the features is pretty neet. While you can achieve similar effects with other devices, it would be handy to have the "make awsome" knobs. Nevertheless, here is a weird example, just showing that you can get a lot of weirdness out of The Echo. While controlling individual taps might be hard, it still can produce the comb, wobble, filter, flange/chorus fx. I additionally put in a Khs Pitch Shifter.

For more control i really recommend Le Space: https://shop.propellerheads.com/rack-ex ... /le-space/
It also has some breakouts, which i must admit i never really tried and Le Space got lot of dust in my rack. But this thread forces me to blow off the dust and put it in my rack for experimentation. Le Space has 16 programmable taps, with panning and break outs and a few "make it weird" buttons.

Here is another one while a blew the dust off Le Space. ONe example with a slower echo and one with a faster. All is a lil bit modulated. YOu need Frequency and Pitch Shifter from Khs and the dFilter and yes, you got it, Le Space. Pull up the SUSTAIN of Europa for more fun ;-). Tbh, this patch makes me horny...nomore dust for Le Space - i promise! Forgive me Zvork!

I'd probably throw this into the mix or likely start with this one .....

..... maybe! I don't know much about Rainmaker. Amazing looking module though;
