PSA: Akai LPK25 Wireless, LPD8 Wireless + Windows 10 = NO WIRELESS

Just a heads up for anyone who caught Props new promo videos featuring Justen Williams on Akai LPK25 Wireless and LPD8 Wireless controllers... if you're on Windows 10 and are considering these controllers, be aware that Windows 10 currently does NOT support Bluetooth MIDI. Basically, these are tiny/portable MIDI controller that you'd still have to use a USB cable with.

From Akai support:

At this time, Windows does not support Bluetooth MIDI, but it will work with a USB connection. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us using the contact information on akaipro.com/support.

I've also read that build-quality is questionable with this line.

As a Windows user, I miss wireless MIDI soo much. Using wireless mouse and (qwerty) keyboard has improved ergonomics so much for me. I wish it would be possible with MIDI keyboards too.

It’s just so disappointing that Microsoft went part of the way with the anniversary update, but only 32-bit (which makes no goddamn sense).
