vier?

hey all
i came across this app on my mbp today, and i have no idea what it is, i googled it and nothing came up.
it's called "vier" and this is it's icon:



any ideas what this is?
i mainly only dl music things, like vst's that work with reason, but i also have a few video/image editing apps as well.
