Do companies buy like app code from other companies to implement it in they'r code.
like apple's model of business.

I find this intriguing because; do i have both applications with the same code ?

Not the same. I have Pulsaret on the iPad. Also a grain sampler, but different.

What do you mean by the "same code?"
Are you looking at the source code?
