Hello everybody

Greetings from Denmark.
This I my first post, but I have to say this:
The service from Nektar is Excellent!
My Panorama P4 is starting to show sign of it being used, basicly...
The knobs and faders are a little sticky, the keys shows sign of "yellowness" and the power usb-input is not working properly.
So I contacted Nektar. 2 days later I get in touch with Justin from Nektar. After a few e-mails everything looks much brighter:

A replacement rear/power Circuit board is on its way to me. The remaining parts, knobs, faders, keys will be send to me as soon as possible...all without any charge. How perfect is that?

So there it is. 5 stars from me to Nektar.

I will agree and could site you a few instances including willing to connect with me via phone over a week-end to resolve an issue. My last issue was just casually asking if a pot can be replaced on the board from where I had accidentally broke it of at the stem. Justin had told me that unfortunately that would require a control board replacement for which he sent with printed instructions at no cost to me. I've piped up about good service from other companies but Nektar is in my opinion exemplary.

Wow - this is really great news to hear, fellas - thanks! My P4 is holding up OK so far in my studio, but I often wondered what would happen if a part failed or something was accidentally broken. Good to hear they're standing behind their flagship product still (seeing as how it sadly hasn't been updated since it launched over 5 years ago).
