Zoom UAC-2 USB 3 Interface

Hello:)
Since the fall creators update for Win 10 my old (but until now very reliable & well performing ESI Juli@XTe pci e) Audiocard seems to have problems with the new Win 10 version (1709). Windows or whatever unpredictable changes sometimes the samplerate from 44100 to 48000 or even to 192000. This kills any workflow.
So unfortunately I could be forced to change my audio interface. I have an eye on the Zoom UAC-2 USB 3 interface that is not too expensive (249 EUROS) and with good performance datas.
Does anyone has experiences with this audio interface (or another affordable usb 3 audio device)?

Btw:
As I have learned just now from the fast ESI support: The new Win 10 version changed the standard sound settings from 44100 to 48000 samplerate. That caused a lot of soundcard troubles. But you can change the settings back to 44100 manually.
