[Im digging Digitakt... no regrets... ill wait on Mr Cukoo's analysis.
Not feeling 16/44.1 (if true) since Electribe/Digitakt is 24bit/48khz.
I am feeling the stereo and cross fader.
August 17: Octatrack II (Pre-order Coming Soon)
What has changed:
Mostly what’s changed is in the display, case, and mechanicals:
There’s the new, nicer-looking OLED screen and back-lit buttons and high-resolution encoders from the Digitakt.
There are more dedicated buttons. One of the issues with the original Octatrack was the amount of menu-diving – and a lot of users simply didn’t grok the shortcut keys on the first model.
There are balanced audio inputs.
There’s a new “contactless, silky smooth” crossfader.
Digitakt doest not have OTs Song Mode:

It's elfin Tiny! As small as an Electribe 2.0 This is ideal.
Love the backlit Hulk Green Lights, like Digitakt.
Im counting on Overbridge to teah me how to get around the A4, which should speed me along in the menu, sound design/mangling process. If I didn't start w/ an Electribe, I'd be clueless.
It's brother the A4 looks big in the ads, but this vid shows its easy to 'Lap'
