What do people think? This doesn't excite me. I'd go for one of the Behringer X-Touches or a BCF2000 instead I think, except that I haven't. What I really want is one of these with motorised faders and maybe LED scribble strips. And 8 channels if possible but I can live without that.

Doesn't anyone else want more than 3 knobs per channel? This has none!

Doesn't seem as useful as the Icon QCON or the X=Touch. Maybe Presonus has a companion controller (knobs, etc)

http://iconproaudio.com/product/qcon-pro-x/ Has reason support as well .Might want to check this one out .
The idea is great, but for some reason the control surfaces I've bought have all ended up gathering dust while I go back to the mouse and keyboard!
Thanks it looks elegant! but my mixing DAW is Harrison 32c and I don't know how good the integration between them. I know x-touch works great.KaliKush84 wrote:http://iconproaudio.com/product/qcon-pro-x/ Has reason support as well .Might want to check this one out .
Gulale aka Bereket
Novation SL Zero Remote - Nice feel, and until rack extensions came along, it worked well on the standard devices. But even then, I found it was a conscious effort with a bit of thinking time to find the rotary assigned to the particular parameter I wanted to change. And while it had a set of sliders, most of my tracks have 20+ channels and I never did figure out how to have the appropriate bank of sliders under control from the Novation.
Then Rack Extensions came along and to continue use the Novation, I needed to spend some of my music time programming, so I gave up.
Korg padKontrol - The pads on this are extremely nice to use. But it also has mappable controls which are not well implemented using Reason. There is software called Retouch Control RPK which does an excellent job mapping the PadKontrol to Reason, including controlling the lights on the pads, but you have to start it up each time with two pieces of software (midi loopback etc) and for the benefit, I find I can't be bothered. The native Reason mode has the pads working fine and I just use that.
When I compare the generic control surfaces to my dedicated synths, I tweak the dedicated synths often, because the filter cutoff is always in the same place, the envelope knobs are all in the same place etc. It is a different user experience than using a generic controller.
My experience anyway...

Someone knows why FaderPort is not supported to work in Reason ? (http://www.presonus.com/products/FaderPort/tech-specs) I don't understand why if supports MCU
