remote files for Tascam US428 and Nordlead 2

Hi all,

After a lot of trial and error and generous help of Lizzard (thanks again), I managed to create working remote files for my Tascam US428 controller and my Nordlead 2 keyboard.
The remote maps I made for instruments I use most. So it doesn't contain every instrument or tool (yet). Though I'm glad I came this far .
