Any Good Free Photo Editing Softwares?

Hi All!

Was wondering if anyone new of any good free Photo Editing Softwares?

I want to be able to edit a picture (jpg) by moving / lengthening parts of a pic and be able to add bits and colour them correspondingly to match.

Could use paint I suppose but was just wondering if there was anything else?

Wrong Forum indeed! However have you tried Gimp ? Its Open source and a bit like Photoshop.

Or maybe paint.net.
