VST like Syncronous ??

I love Syncronous and use it all the time especially as a side chain pump. It's so quick and easy and love how the fx is right there for you to play with.

Is there anything in the VST world that comes close to this? it would be a huge time saver. If not Props should develop a vst version, right??

Check out Native Instrument's Guitar Rig, .. obviously because of VST limitations you can't output its oscillators to other VSTs but Guitar Rig features a rich set of devices just like Reason that you can route it to.

Have you ventured simply using Synchronous with one or a few EMI's?

I realize you are looking for something with built-in effects...but if you have some favorite VST effects, you can use Synchronous to control them. Just something else to play with that's pretty fun

One of the closest VST to Props own Syncronous would be Sonic Charge's Permut8 - a must-have for any Syncronous fan IMHO (the guy who did this is the same guy that did Malstrom in Reason):
