I love the stuff Output is doing. I don't think it's just the engine I think it's the sound design in particular which impresses me the most.

There most recent product is really fun and interesting. Tweaking the human voice to the max:

Again: super great sound design.

I'm sure it can be easily converted into IDT.

On a serious note, this thing is fantastic.

Is this based on Kontakt?

This kind of stuff you can do with Ableton Live's new Simpler. But the main thing is the sound design. Top notch.

Yes, free Kontakt 5 player is enough I believe.

Mhm, I've tried the new Simpler and it's excellent.

i think its time to start exploring other daws, i have logic installed and some good tutorials to help me get acquainted with the app so maybe this weekend i'll begin to get my feet wet :) , i love reason but ongoing issues with their authoriser means im often having issues getting the app to launch when i have the spare time to make music, which is not a lot of time these days, i dont want to waste it having to re install things and waiting for licenses to re write ect, lifes to short

I've contacted them numerous times beginning with their first release, REV.
They say that they don't have any plans at this time to port any of their libraries, but that we can use the EMI.
Cool that they have a little bit more knowledge of Reason. Would still like to see these libraries as REs rather than using the EMI.

Ah, yes! I remember when you posted about it some time ago.

I was sarcastic about the ease of conversion. I gave up on IDT as something relevant in audio world unfortunately.

Well if the Props create a hybrid because DrOctaRex and NNXT this kind of sound design will be possible.
