Newbie Video Editing Software Question

Is there an MP4 shop, as in a shop for videos similar to beatport, trackitdown, loopmasters?

And is there a simple video editing software that has graphics included?

I'd like to make better YouTube videos short term.

Long term, I do need someone with the time and talents to do this for a label appearing in 2016.
