ACPAD Guitar

The video is from 2011, but I heard that ACPAD is close to release. It seems to be some kind of MIDI controller. In contrast to the thing in the video the release version should be a thin foil that's glued onto the instrument, and it provides pads, faders etc.

Here in this video @ 36:20 (in German, sorry) it's shown how the thing looks today. They also say that ACPAD will provide two loop players and WiFi!
