Akaipro Advanced Keyboards and Reason

Want to talk about music hardware or software that doesn't include Reason?

Regarding the Akai Advanced Keyboards. I was wonder this keyboard might be a great way to use plugins inside reason.  Image

If you use it like a hardware synth and record into Reason as audio only (no EMI) maybe. Otherwise it provides no benefit over any of the other methods that exist, It would just serve as a vst host. 

I wouldn't recommend specifically buying this keyboard for that purpose.

I doubt that. Akai uses their own wrapper for VST. Even AU plugins are not supported.
